Sample holder - manually driven:

It provides the user with all necessary degrees of freedom
for an accurate sample alignment.
  • X translation, total travel 25 mm
  • Y translation, total travel 25 mm
  • Z translation, total travel 55 mm
  • hight of the sampleholder 205 - 260 mm
  • two tilting axes, maximum tilt: +4 and -4 degrees from the horizontal
  • rotation 360 degrees
